Carla Richards

Hi, I'm Carla Richards, a second-year Chemical Biology student at Stellenbosch University. I tutor Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Afrikaans Home Language and English FAL for Grades 1 to 12, and I teach in both English and Afrikaans.

I understand how tough these subjects can be because I've struggled with them myself, and that's part of what motivates me to help other students work through them with confidence. I break concepts down into clear, manageable steps and adapt how I explain things to each student's pace and learning style.

My goal isn't only better marks, it's helping students actually understand the work and feel more confident in their own ability. I also tutor first-year university students alongside high schoolers.
