Daisy Ndebele

Hi, I'm Daisy Ndebele, and I tutor Mathematics and Physical Sciences for Grades 1 to 12 in Stellenbosch and online. I'm in my 4th year of Chemical Engineering at Stellenbosch University.

I love reading and writing and consider myself a strong verbal and written communicator, which helps when I need to explain a tricky concept a different way until it clicks. I work hard and I'm always keen to learn new skills myself.

I turn my own mistakes into lessons for the students I help. In my first year I struggled with Engineering Drawings, so I put together detailed, simplified notes and used them to help three first years get through the same module. Every day I'm learning how to break complex problems down into approachable steps, which makes learning more practical and less overwhelming.

I try to create a space where students feel comfortable being themselves and asking questions without feeling silly about it.
