About Hesme
Hi, I'm Hesme van Aswegen, a second-year BSc Physics student at Stellenbosch University. I tutor Mathematics and Physical Sciences for Grades 1 to 12 in Stellenbosch.
I finished matric with multiple distinctions and a Board Medal for academic achievement, and Mathematics is where my passion really is, I enjoy breaking complex concepts down until they make sense. I'm patient and organised, and I try to build a learning environment suited to each student.
I've done one-on-one and small group tutoring, helping students with concepts, homework, and preparing for tests and exams, adapting my teaching style to whatever each student needs. Outside of academics I'm into fitness and keeping a healthy balance.
