About Jade

Hi, I'm Jade Chu, and I'm a Postgraduate Chemical Engineering student at Stellenbosch University. I tutor Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Information Technology and English Home Language for Grades 1 to 12.

I understand the challenges of learning complex material and staying motivated, since I'm working through it myself at postgrad level. In high school (IEB) I took English, Afrikaans, Maths, Biology, Science and IT, and got distinctions in all of them, so I'm confident in my understanding of these subjects. I'm also bilingual in English and Chinese.

I've enjoyed tutoring Maths, English and Piano, helping students grow in skill and confidence, and my goal is for every student to feel prepared and proud of their progress by the end of a lesson.
