Nelda du Plessis

Hi, I'm Nelda du Plessis. I'm in my second year of BCom Economic Sciences at Stellenbosch University, and I tutor Mathematics and Accounting for Grades 1 to 12 in Stellenbosch.

I matriculated from Helpmekaar College. Maths and accounting were strong subjects for me through school, and I believe that academic foundation puts me in a good position to help other high school students. My aim is to improve learners' confidence and their basic understanding of concepts.

I love working one-on-one and building a relationship with each student. Every student learns differently, and I find it exciting to figure out the study methods and habits that suit each person best. I'm well organised, reliable and committed.

So far I've only tutored younger family members, as I'm just entering formal tutoring, but I'm open to learning and building on that experience.
