Talia van Niekerk

Hi, I'm Talia van Niekerk, and I'm in my second year of BAccLLB at Stellenbosch University. I tutor Accounting, Economics, Afrikaans Home Language, Business Studies, English Home Language and Mathematics for Grades 1 to 12.

I matriculated from Helpmekaar Kollege through the IEB curriculum, where I developed a strong interest in language, business and analytical subjects. I'm patient, organised and adaptable in how I teach, and I've built on that through residence tutoring at university, where I help students with revision, note making and understanding difficult concepts. I also assisted with teaching activities at Rainbow's Promise Primary School, which sharpened my communication skills.

I regularly help my peers prepare for tests and exams by explaining the work, summarising content and building study techniques that actually stick, and I bring that same structured approach to tutoring.
