Thalisa Jonker

Hi, I'm Thalisa Jonker, and I'm a first-year BEd Foundation Phase Education student. I tutor Mathematics, Accounting, Afrikaans Home Language, Business Studies, English FAL and History for Grades 1 to 12 in Stellenbosch.

I want every learner I work with to feel worthy, smart and seen, and to understand their work well enough to apply it in different ways. Learners often don't get the individual attention they need in a full classroom, and that's what I want to give them.

I've tutored Grade 3 and Grade 7 learners in Maths and a Grade 6 learner in Afrikaans EAT, and I taught English, Maths and Afrikaans to primary school learners at a tutoring centre called Ant Kids.
