Thilivhali Mutshembele

Hi, I'm Thilivhali Mutshembele. I'm studying Applied Mathematics at Stellenbosch University, and I tutor Mathematics and Physical Sciences for Grades 1 to 12 in Stellenbosch.

I break challenging concepts down into simple, easy-to-understand explanations and adapt my style to each learner's needs. My goal isn't only to improve marks, it's to build the problem-solving skills and confidence students need to work independently.

I have over a year of tutoring experience across two organisations. I've worked with Tutor Doctor (Cape Town North) for the past 14 months, tutoring Mathematics, Physical Sciences and English for Grades 1 to 12 both online and in person. Before that, I tutored for seven months with Ravens Tutoring under the University of Pretoria. I also tutor university-level Applied Mathematics.

I focus on exam preparation, assignment support, concept clarification and building effective study strategies, and I try to keep lessons engaging and paced to each student.
