Jano Reynods

Hi, I'm Jano Reynods. I'm in my second year of BEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Stellenbosch University, and I tutor Engineering Graphics and Design, Mathematics and Physical Sciences for Grades 1 to 12.

I've always loved building things and figuring out how they work, especially using CAD software and my own 3D printer. I work mostly in Fusion 360 and AutoCAD, designing parts and printing replicas of my old EGD drawings and PAT projects. Outside of that I'm into hiking and adventure activities like bungee jumping, abseiling and skydiving.

I started tutoring peers in Grade 11 and matric in Mathematics, Physical Sciences and EGD. When our EGD teacher needed emergency heart surgery during my matric year, I stepped in to teach the class for the third term of Grade 12 EGD, with a supervising educator present. That taught me a lot about explaining concepts clearly and managing a classroom, and I've since made academic support videos for students at my old school.
