About Mia

Mia Masson here. I'm currently doing a post-matric course in Biology as I work toward my goal of becoming a nurse, and I tutor English Home Language, Business Studies and Mathematics Literacy for Grades 1 to 12.

I try to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable and confident enough to actually engage, not just sit through a lesson. I adapt how I teach depending on the student in front of me, and I lean on skills I've built through teamwork and problem-solving in both my studies and work experience to help students build their own confidence and independence.
