Mila Kotze

Hi, I'm Mila Kotze, and I'm starting my first year of BCom International Business in 2026. I tutor English Home Language, English FAL, Afrikaans Home Language, Afrikaans FAL and Economics for Grades 1 to 12 in Stellenbosch.

I matriculated from HMS Bloemhof with an A average, and kept an average above 85% in all my languages across my 12 years of school. My big focus has been German. I completed the DSD II exam at C1 level and got a final mark of 93%, working through most of the grammar on my own. A lot of students struggle with languages but assume tutoring is only for subjects like Maths, Science and Accounting. Sometimes all it takes is looking at it from a different angle. I also enjoyed Economics and mastered its heavy workload early on.

During high school I was in the boarding house, where I spent many nights explaining homework and study concepts to classmates, from graphs and calculations to grammar rules and literary devices, and helping the grades below me too.
